Sunlight to Sundae Farm and Ice Cream Experience

at Achinreir Farm, Oban

A 1.5-hour experience combining a farm walk to meet Highland cattle with an ice cream tasting session in the barn, exploring the story from cow to cone. iscover the full story of Highland Fold - from Highland cattle culture to ice cream. This experience begins with a half-hour reflective walk & talk offering insights into our regenerative farm and meet some of our Highland Cows. Learn about the ancient Shieling Culture , and how this inspired our ice cream production. Learn about how we grow and harvest sustainable flavours from all around us, to make our ice cream hand-in-hand with nature. Then enjoy an Ice Cream Tasting Session in our barn, and have a peek inside our small ice cream ‘factory’. Although this experience avoids walking over rough farm land, you will still need to have a reasonable level of fitness and wear sturdy shoes and outdoor clothing.
